These are the terms you agree to when you book a Paw Prints session. They are the same terms shown at the Terms step of the booking page.
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.
1.2 Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or Zip/Afterpay
1.3 Sessions will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
2.1 Cancellations must be made at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled session date.
2.2 Requests to reschedule must be made at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled session.
2.3 Cancellations or no-shows within five (5) days of the session will result in no refund.
2.4 Refunds are not provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
3.1 Pets must be healthy, clean, and up to date with vaccinations.
3.2 The client is responsible for supervising and controlling their pet(s) at all times.
3.3 Aggressive or unsafe pet behaviour may result in early termination of the session without refund.
3.4 The client agrees to disclose any known behavioural issues prior to the session.
4.1 Paw Prints Melbourne is not liable for any injuries, escapes, damages, or accidents involving pets, clients, or third parties during the session.
4.2 While reasonable steps are taken to ensure safety, the client assumes full responsibility for their pet’s behaviour at all times.
4.3 The photographer’s property is pet-proofed to a reasonable standard; however, ultimate responsibility remains with the client.
5.1 All images captured remain the intellectual property and copyright of Paw Prints Melbourne.
5.2 Clients are granted a licence for personal use only.
5.3 Commercial use of images requires a separate written licence agreement.
5.4 Paw Prints Melbourne retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, competitions, and social media purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the photoshoot.
6.1 The selection gallery will be available via the Paw Prints app within 24 hours of photoshoot completion for clients to select their favourite images.
6.2 Final edited images will be delivered within 5 days of submitting the selected favourite images via the Paw Prints app.
6.3 RAW or unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances.
7.1 If you don’t love your raw gallery, we will reshoot the session free of charge.
7.2 A reshoot is all or nothing: your original gallery is deleted in full and you cannot keep any photos from it.
7.3 A reshoot request must be in writing and within 7 days of your gallery arriving and before selecting any favourites; once a selection is submitted the gallery is accepted.
7.4 The reshoot must be done with the same pets, people and package, at our studio, within 60 days and subject to availability.
7.5 A reshoot does not cover: a change of mind about the session, backdrop, props or outfits; sessions that could not proceed because of a pet’s behaviour (see 3.3 Clients responsibilities); extras not in the original booking; events and mini sessions unless stated on the event page.
8.1 The client acknowledges that sessions take place in a private residence.
8.2 Pets must remain in designated areas as instructed by the photographer.
8.3 Clients are requested to arrive no more than 10 minutes early.
8.4 Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier until advised otherwise.
9.1 By booking a session or purchasing services with Paw Prints Melbourne, the client consents to receiving marketing and promotional emails. Clients may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
