All session bookings require payment at the time of booking — either a deposit or full payment, depending on the selected package. Deposits are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by Paw Prints Melbourne. Full payment (if not paid at booking) is due on or before the session date. Gift certificates and discount codes may be applied at checkout and are subject to availability and terms.
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 3 business days' notice by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than 3 business days before the session will forfeit the deposit. Paw Prints Melbourne reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, or emergency — in which case a full reschedule or refund will be offered.
Sessions take place at our home studio in Deanside, VIC unless otherwise arranged. Pet owners are responsible for the behaviour of their animals during the session. If a pet becomes distressed or aggressive, the session may be paused or rescheduled at the photographer's discretion.
Proofing galleries are delivered digitally via our online portal within 10-14 business days. Clients may select the number of final edited images included in their package. Additional images may be purchased at the current per-image rate.
All images remain the copyright of Paw Prints Melbourne. Clients receive a personal-use licence for all delivered final images. Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered beyond basic cropping for personal social sharing.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for session management and communication. We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
Paw Prints Melbourne is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, pets, or property during a session, except where caused by negligence on our part. Clients attend sessions at their own risk.
Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of receiving your gallery or images. We aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.
Paw Prints Melbourne reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
